KAMBO, JOURNALS AND THE UNIQUENESS OF OUR LIVES

It’s a beautiful feeling starting a new journal isn’t it?

It’s like starting again in life.

Afresh.

I love that about life.

No matter how your story has been going, you can decide to change course and in turn, change the plot.

Personally, I had a transformative experience last week, one that I have shared a little about on my latest Podcast episode on Relaunch My Life Radio about a treatment I experienced with Kambo, or South American Frog Medicine.

It has deeply shifted my awareness of Mother Earth and I am grateful for my experience with the medicine. In fact, I feel like a completely different version of me today. Lighter, more connected and more focused.

Although I recorded a lot more content, I decided not to share it all on my Podcast. And I explain in this week’s Podcast episode that it’s because I realise that results do vary.  And I’d hate to set you up to expect to have the exact same result as me. That would be impossible. 

Results always vary.

Because each and every one of us is so unique!

We aren’t robots. You can’t input a code and get the exact same response out of a human. And that’s what makes life so special (and confusing, at times!).

We are always only viewing life from our own perspective, with our own filters, and our own programming.

No two people ever have the exact same life experience or view on life.

So, the best we can all do is to clear our filters, remove any negative programming and honour, love, and accept ourselves as we go.

And the best we can do with others is be curious about their view on life, and allow them to follow their journey just as you are following yours.

Always, just taking it one step at a time.
