Some incredibly inspiring individuals came to experience a day full of yoga, motivation, dreaming, connection, meditation and understanding.
The retreat started at 12.30pm and finished at 5pm and everyone truly felt like they had experienced a weekend retreat’s worth of benefit! All in the convenience of Glenelg.
